Covid-19 and the subsequent closures of businesses have taken a such huge toll on many people. Like so many others, Salon 828 has been shut down for 3 months without the prospect of being able to reopen due to the mounting financial hardship and the mandatory state requirements placed upon them in order to reopen. Shawn & Suzie have touched our lives in so many ways...unconditional love from 2 salon dogs, humor & stories, acting as a confidential sounding board and therapist, making beautiful metal garden art, providing an amazing scalp massage, and when you leave the chair you have been fully restored and/or reinvented to look like the person you were meant to be !
