Help Shawn Ryan Rebuild His Home And Life

Shawn Ryan's NJ home was hit hard by Tropical Storm Ida resulting in major interior flooding along with the collapse of the entire foundation on the east side of the home as seen in the photo.

The house has been declared unsafe for human occupancy which is more commonly known as condemned. The condition of the home in the storm's aftermath combined with its location near the Raritan River has eliminated the potential of rebuilding.

When Shawn was evacuated from his home it was with the clothes on his back and a precious few essentials. Every other major possession was lost in the flooding which overtook Shawn's home.

This purpose of this fundraiser is to raise money to help Shawn relaunch his life after this sudden loss. Housing, clothing and furniture are among the vital needs Shawn is now experiencing.

As a friend of Shawn the hope is that Shawn's friends along with people who see someone in trouble and want to help will join together to give Shawn a new beginning filled with hope and potential.
