On Thursday, December 10th, 2020, Shawn was the victim of a freak accident on the shore of Lake Huron. It has left him broken from head to toe...literally.
He was transported to London to have his right leg operated on that evening. He had a compound fracture of his right leg just above the ankle that was exposing the bone. He also has numerous broken ribs, a broken collar bone, fractured jaw, broken nose, fractured orbital bone and his sinus cavity was punctured on the left side.
Due to the extent of his leg injury, his road to recovery is going to be long and painful to say the least
Shawn is an amazing person and has a heart of gold as we all know. To lighten the financial burden this is causing is one of the little things that we can all help him with.
