For more than a decade, Shawn Orphey has pedaled his way into countless hearts. From Nashville to cities across the United States, he’s been more than just a pedicab driver — he’s been a helper, a listener, and a friend to anyone in need. Whether it was giving a visitor their first glimpse of a new city, making sure someone got home safely, or simply sharing a smile and encouragement, Shawn has touched lives everywhere he’s gone.

But Shawn’s journey took a heartbreaking turn. While out working in Nashville, TN, he was struck by a car and suffered a broken back. The accident left him facing an uncertain road ahead — one filled with overwhelming medical bills, therapy, and the challenge of being unable to do the work he loves.
