Hi, my name is Shawn Martin. The most important person in my life is my daughter, Baeleigh. Due to heart problems, I was forced into early disability. I always paid for short and long-term disability insurance just in case my health declined. The insurance company had no problem approving me for short-term disability. We were able to survive okay, but our life changed drastically when the short-term funds ran out. I assumed that the long-term coverage would pick up since I still cannot return to work by order of my physician, but I have been denied multiple times. I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help. I would greatly appreciate any contribution that you can make to my family. For the last 3 months, we have survived by borrowing from friends and family.
