Our hearts are heavy as we share the sudden and tragic loss of Shaves Adams, a 31-year-old man whose body was found wrapped in a blanket near a Goodwill donation bin in Pasadena on Tuesday morning. What many assumed was just another nameless headline now has a name… and a family deeply grieving.

Shaves was a devoted father, a cherished son, and a loyal brother. He was a man full of love, laughter, and light — someone whose presence lifted everyone around him. He leaves behind two beautiful children, and a family struggling to make sense of this unimaginable loss.
