I am heartbroken to reach out on behalf of Shaun after the tragic loss of his little sister, Hailey Lynn Slover. Hailey, who was born Austin James Kahl on July 25, 1989, passed away unexpectedly on March 26. Out of respect, I will be referring to her as Hailey. This loss has left Shaun and his family devastated, especially as their mother also passed away in 2022. Hailey and her mother shared a very close bond, and losing both within such a short time has been incredibly painful.

I have created this GoFundMe to help Shaun with the cost of Hailey’s cremation. The emotional and financial burden of unexpectedly losing both a sibling and a parent is overwhelming. Hailey faced many struggles in her life, including addiction, but she was a beautiful person who was deeply loved by those who knew her. We take comfort in believing she is now at peace and reunited with her mother.
