We have set up this GoFundMe page for our good friend Shaun Nyeholt. Shaun is one of the most genuine, amazing people and there are so many of us that are fortunate enough to call him our friend. Over the years, Shaun has given so much to everyone. He is one of the few people that accepts each and every one of us, simply for being who we are. He’s provided countless laughs and smiles, amazing memories, and best of all, unconditional friendship. It goes without saying that Shaun has had a profound impact on so many of our lives.
It’s now time for us to give back.
After experiencing several seizures, Shaun was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He underwent neuro-surgery and had the tumor removed. The tumor was sent to pathology for testing and it was confirmed that it was a malignant/cancerous, grade 3 brain tumor.
As many of you know, Shaun is extremely strong willed and stubborn, so there’s no doubt that he is going to fight and overcome this; but the journey will be long. After recovering from the initial surgery, the treatment plan includes radiation and an oral chemo. In combination, survival/recovery is doubled. This first part will be anywhere from 5-7 weeks every day. After that, chemo will continue in 6, 28-day stretches with dosage variations.
Throughout this long journey, there are many expenses that are not covered by insurance. This is where we can help. All funds collected will go directly to Shaun to help minimize these financial stresses. Any amount that you can donate will be so greatly appreciated.
Please share this to help gain exposure and support!
Thank you!
