Hi, my name is Diyar Ibragimov, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my sister Guncha Ibragimova and her husband Shatlyk, who live in Turkmenistan.
My brother-in-law has been battling polycystic kidney disease for years. One of his kidneys has already been removed, and the second is now failing rapidly. He is currently undergoing dialysis three times a week, and his condition is becoming critical.
After his first kidney surgery, he suffered a serious complication he lost his hearing, likely due to the strong antibiotics used during recovery. Despite everything, he continues to fight for his family especially for their 6-year-old son, who needs his father.
But there is still hope.
A hospital in Turkey has agreed to perform a life-saving kidney transplant. Through a paired kidney donor program, my sister Guncha will be donating a kidney on his behalf. This is their only chance to move forward and restore hope.
• Visa and travel expenses (for both donor and recipient): $5,000
• Accommodation and living expenses in Turkey (2–3 months stay): $6,000
• Pre-operative testing and evaluations for both husband and wife: $4,000
• Kidney transplant surgery and hospital fees: $30,000
• Post-operative rehabilitation and physical care: $8,000
• Medications and long-term follow-up care (including immunosuppressants): $7,000
His transplant is not just about saving a husband - it’s about giving a little boy his father back. They are a young family fighting for a second chance.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps bring us closer to that goal. And if you’re unable to contribute financially, sharing this campaign can also make a world of difference.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness and support.
