Help Shathaa

Dear Friends and Family,

I want to launch this campaign to help our neighbour who is desperately in need. 13 year old Shatha has severe epilepsy, and without her medication has regular seizures.. her father has been without a salary for months because of the war  and so has not been able to buy her the medicine she desperately needs. 

Her health has deteriorated which now means she needs further treatment that isn’t available in Yemen. They will need to travel to Egypt to see a specialist, she may then undergo Brain surgery or Electroconvulsive therapy.

Her father reached out to me desperate to help his daughter, he has gathered some money but needs an additional $3500. His story touched me because this is the kind of situation that NGOs in Yemen don't get to.. they are so overwhelmed already by starvation.
I will be making sure that the money raised will go to the hospital directly.

Please can we come together to help a father out.

I will keep you updated with her progress as soon as she begins her treatment.
