Help Sha Sha Rebuild her Life

Hello! My name is Sha Sha (Tristan). I am an Indigiqueer Non-Binary performer and artist living on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, colonially known as Vancouver.
The other night I had my bag and phone stolen from me right after the gig. Unfortunately, all of my money was in my bag. I lost about a month's worth of income due to the nature of my work as a Drag Performer. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
Earlier this year, I had to relocate after moving back to Vancouver because of unsafe living environments in Toronto, and I have found myself staying with a close friend. At the same time, I try to find safe and accessible housing so I can work and find joy as an Indigiqueer person. I have stayed with them for over two months to help myself recover and find the space to heal. It's been lovely to find myself within the community.
I hope to raise funds to secure a new cellphone, find a place to live, rebuild my closet, offset moving costs, and help create a space that reflects and honours my well-being. As an Indigenous Two Spirit person, this has been exceptionally hard. I have been dealing with these circumstances for over a year, navigating this systemic housing issue and trying to hold my head above the water with my work.
I am asking for $5000 to help me move and provide around three months' rent, groceries, phone bills, and other costs. Any support I get is appreciated, and I want to succeed and thrive, find joy and stabilize my life.
Thank you so much,
Sha Sha
