On behalf of Shary Kiggins, she and her family are seeking monetary donations to fund medical expenses for her fight against breast cancer. Shary’s family is praying for a generous outpouring of donations to facilitate paying for these extraordinary costs.
Shary is a 50-year-old woman who has survived cancer once before and has lived with Lupus throughout her life while raising 4 young children on her own all these years after living in a women's abuse shelter. This past year has been especially hard on her and her family, after losing her job, her home, a relationship and most of her savings, she is now facing triple negative breast cancer. The path for treatment will require chemo, radiation, clinical trials, and professional expertise to slow the progression of this terrible disease Triple negative breast cancer is a rare form of breast cancer; it is more aggressive than other forms, more likely to spread beyond your breast, and there is a higher chance it will come back within the first 3 years after treatment. Its also more likely to be fatal within the first 5 years. She has exhausted all of her savings and retirement funds making sure her family has not suffered throughout this past year.
Although Shary has been through many trials and tribulations in her lifetime, she has remained one of the most giving and caring individuals. All of these years she is the first to step up when someone is in need and has formed various charity events to help the homeless and women who are battered or abused. She has worked on the board for numerous charities over the years giving her time and energy fearlessly to each and every one of them. Those that know Shary, know she is a joyful, selfless human being who has always kept her great personality, charm and smile to anyone that she comes across. She has always taken time out for family and friends whenever they are in need and has never asked for anything in return. Until now.
