Help Sharone's family

This is an emergency appeal to help our dear friend Sharone Lifschitz and her family keep afloat in the next few months.

On Saturday morning, Hamas terrorists infiltrated Kibbutz Nir Oz and murdered nearly a hundred people including women and children. 85 more have been kidnapped and taken to Gaza, amongst them Sharone’s elderly parents. Dozens were badly injured. The kibbutz has been burned to the ground and the survivors have lost everything.

Yochke (Yocheved), 85 years old, is a retired photography teacher. Oded, a retired journalist is 83. They both have medical conditions that require medication.

Sharone’s family is now facing the worst nightmare anyone can ever imagine, and the future is uncertain. Negotiations to exchange kidnapped civilians could take months (if not years) and we would like to support the family in this time of need.

The money we will raise will go towards immediate everyday needs: food, bills and school fees for their 12-year old son Ethan. Any extra funds raised will go towards helping the families from Nir Oz affected by these devastating events.
