Help Sharon with her Medical Expenses!

Hello everyone, my mother, Sharon Jaszczak, has always been involved with the community for 30 plus years. She is known to many people as a loving mother, neighbor, friend, coworker, and mentor. She taught in Brevard County for 28 years and helped many different families along the way. She always gives back to people and never expects anything in return.

 

She was in an awful accident on Friday, March 4th. She fell 10ft from the attic onto the cement garage floor; it was then that my sister, Riley and I called 911 and our other family members. Soon the ambulance and fire truck arrived, and a while after, she was airlifted from our home. She was then taken to Holmes trauma center, where they told us she completely fractured her right heel, chipped her elbow and severe back pain. Yes, this is devastating, but thankfully, she will not experience any life-threatening injuries. I am thankful for all the community support that came when they saw the helicopter in the neighborhood, as well as all our family members leaving work to support our mom at the hospital when we were uncertain what was wrong with her.

 

If you know Sharon, she is a woman who cannot stay off her feet. This injury will keep her off her feet for three months straight, and the timing couldn't be worse. Sharon has many huge life events coming up, including the birth of her first grandchild, our high school graduation and sending us off to UCF. Anything you could donate will be greatly appreciated. The donations will go towards the hospital bills, which include; ambulance and firetruck fees, helicopter fees, overnight fees in the hospital, surgery fees, equipment fees, therapy, and more.
