Hi my name is Shari Mills and I have had a burden on my heart for quite some time for a very poor family I was introduced to. This family of 5 has been struggling for a long time and life's issues just keep happening. Included in this family is 3 kids, their mom and an elderly grandmother. Things took a turn for the worse since the mother was told she has cancer. She can no longer work and fighting for disability has been extremely difficult. Her car is broken down making it hard to get to her appointments. They have been living more than a year with no hot water because the hot water heater is broken. She struggles to pay her back property taxes because of no income. This is a lady that would literally give the shirt off her back to help someone else. I wish I could just help her by myself but I just don't have the capability. I certainly have the heart to but not the bank account. She is also facing the possibility of losing their home.
