Alex Eggers was a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, woodworker, poet, artist, songster, music maker, and a soulful, creative spirit. His life, though short, was filled with passion and meaning. Alex touched the lives of many with his art, music, and the love he shared with his family and friends. He is deeply mourned and honored by his parents Peter and Peggy Eggers, his siblings Megan Zubaedi, Gabe Eggers, and Moria Belsey, their families, and a host of extended family and friends.
On April 6th, Alex passed away from complications of diabetes. At the time of his passing, he was working on an album of hip hop songs called “A Family Affair.” Alex poured his heart into his music and art, always striving to share his message and creativity with the world. His family and friends are committed to honoring his legacy by completing and releasing his album, as well as sharing prints of his artwork in various forms.
