Help Shantel With Medical Expenses

I'm Shantel Classens, 33 years old, and have been a registered nurse for 8 years. This past year, I worked various Covid-related travel nursing assignments every month in several different states, including New York in March 2020 when the Covid crisis initially started. Due to the constant travel and stressful conditions which I endured as a nurse, the pandemic began to take a toll on my emotional health. This past May I decided to take a mental health break, not knowing I would end up in an accident that would change my life. On June 17th, 2021 I fell 6 stories (65 ft) from my apartment parking deck. I fractured both of my arms, femur, pelvis, knees, ankle, foot, ribs, numerous facial fractures, and a major jaw fracture. First responders on the scene did not expect me to live from this accident, but because of the prayers from my family and friends I am here today. I have had to undergo 10 surgeries and am expected to have more. This recovery process will not be easy and will be ongoing for a long time. Medical expenses are already starting to add up and any donation to help ease the burden will be greatly appreciated. "
