Update! Wonderful news — Shannon has completed her chemotherapy!
Next up is surgery to remove the lump (a lumpectomy). We’re still waiting to learn the cost of the procedure, but we’ll share that information as soon as we have it. In the meantime, please continue to share and support however you can. Your help makes a big difference while Shannon is out of work and facing co-pays from both past treatments and the upcoming surgery.

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, my name is Taylor Goins and I am writing on behalf of our family.
My mother-in-law, Shannon Sullins, has recently been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family, but we are doing everything we can to help her through this journey. Now, we are reaching out to you for support.
The costs of treatment, chemo therapy, doctor visits, medications, time off work, and additional support will quickly add up, and we want to ensure she has every opportunity to fight this disease with the best care possible.
The upcoming chemo & surgical procedure to put in a stent (in order to do chemo) will be a large cost itself just to get started. The biggest cost will likely be the surgery to remove the cancer (either a lumpectomy or mastectomy).
With your help, Shannon is willing and ready to fight cancer.
We love you Shannon (aka mom, grandma, sis…). Especially loved by Duncan (pet dog), and favorite grand daughter Luca (pictured).
Our current goal is $5,000 to help primarily with co-pays and time off work.
Thank you for reading, sharing, donating, and helping!
