Help Me Rebuild My Life and Create a Fresh Start

Hi, my name is Shannon, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the toughest times in my life.

Earlier this year, I was offered what seemed like an amazing job opportunity, one that required me to leave my safe and stable home in West Palm Beach and move to High Springs, Florida. Believing in the promise of this opportunity, I put everything I had into the move—financially and emotionally.

Unfortunately, I quickly realized that the man behind the offer was not honest. He was running a commune and placing people in unsafe and controlling situations. Once I fully understood what was happening, I knew I had to get out before I became more entangled.

Thankfully, a friend stepped in to help me escape and offered me temporary shelter in his art studio. I’m beyond grateful to have a temporary roof over my head and a place for me and my two dogs Cora (German Shepard) & Ashoka ( Cathoula) , but this is only a vey short-term solution and not a healthy situtaion.

I’m ready to rebuild my life and return to a supportive community. Recently and amunst all the chaos, I accepted an incredible opportunity as the co-founder of a web design company Kendall Development based out of West Palm Beach. This move will allow me to regain my independence, rebuild my financial stability, and create a safe, permanent home for me and my two beautiful good natured rescue dogs.

I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 2006 and a teacher since 2017, dedicating my life to health, wellness, and helping others. I’ve worked hard to live a clean and mindful life. But right now, I’m in a position where I need some help to start again.

The funds raised will help me:

• Relocate

• Secure stable housing for myself and my two dogs

• Fully step into my new role as a co-founder and build a fresh start

• Continue teaching yoga and thai massage part-time
