Hello my name is Shannon K Scott 3 years ago I was working as an CDL instructor and got hurt at work and have not been able to work since then me and my wife have been living in a camper on on someone else's property and was blessed to get our own property the property has sewage but needs water and power boxes I'm asking please help me and my wife get water and power so we can move and began to build that 16x16 building into our house but we need to get the camper there and livable first thank you
