Help Shanique and Sons After NY Fire

My name is Shanique I recently had a fire on 6/14 and I was placed in a hotel for a week now the weekend is here and I was supposed to be placed in emergency shelter with my sons via HPD but they keep giving excuses about the the fire dept at this point I dont have anywhere to go I spend all the money I had buying clothes and food for us all please help me so we won't be sleeping in the streets we have no family in NY
