Help Shanin Beat ALS and Support His Family

My lifelong friend (more like my brother), Shanin Davis, was recently diagnosed with ALS.  

He and his wife, Fulya, who live in Turkey, received this heartbreaking news while expecting their first child, due in 4 weeks!

Now, daily simple tasks and even walking are difficult for Shanin. He is unable to work... just as he is about to become a father.

Fortunately, they found a doctor who has had success treating many ALS patients to halt disease progression.

BUT...

The BIG challenge is how to pay for treatment, adaptive equipment, etc as the average 3-5 year cost for ALS care is $240,000 and very little of it is covered by insurance in Turkey.
