Help Shane have an easier recovery!

Hi my name is Peter and I am Shane’s uncle. Shane recently came back to the east coast from WA and through the family support got him on the road to getting settled back down. I got him a job at my work and things were going well.
About 4 weeks ago on a Monday morning he got to work and was nauseous. We ended up sending him home. He had the next day off and wasn’t well. That evening I got home and got him to the doctors. Within 24 hours he was not only in hospital but Intensive Care.
He had a massive aneurism and clot cutting the blood supply to his bowel. 3 separate teams of surgeons worked out a plan of attack to operate on this risky issue. Hours before he was to go in they found a major issue with his heart. If the put him under, he would most likely not wake again, so they operated with him awake and sedated. Even with slim chances of success, everything went perfect!
3 weeks ago Vascular team handed him over to the Cardiac team where has has been getting prepped for surgery again. They took the time to check him all over and discovered that he has a brain aneurysm on top of all these other issues. The poor guy just can’t get a break! So between all us family we essentially go in daily to keep him positive and smiling
So as of Monday the 8th of April at 6am Shane is going for open heart surgery. I had the privilege of helping him clipper pretty much every body hair off his upper body tonight, and if you know our family that’s something we have in abundance! We had a laugh and parted ways.
To conclude Shane does not deserve such a bad run, or no one for that matter, especially at 30 years old. He is facing a 6 to 12 month recovery and I can’t tell you how much this breaks my heart on a daily basis. So I am asking if you can spare a few bucks to make his recovery a little easier it would be hugely appreciated by myself and when Shane finds out I am sure he would be so greatful!
