Help Shane Battle Leukemia and Heal

Where to start. Shane is the kind of guy who would give the shirt off his back, his last dollar, a place to live, or a shoulder to lean on to anyone who asked for his help. Always has and always will. Most of us have known Shane for more than half our lives and know what a wonderful man he is. Well, Shane needs our help now. On April 1, 2025, Shane went to the doctor's office having some pain in his legs, and after going for an ultrasound of his legs, found out he had large blood clots in both legs and was immediately transferred to OU Medical Center where he underwent more testing. He has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Shane has blood clots in both legs, his lungs, and both of his arms. He has undergone a bone marrow biopsy and had a mesh-type filter surgically placed inside him to hopefully prevent any more clots from traveling to his lungs or getting to his heart or brain. He is on a pretty serious chemo regimen also. Tonight, Shane is in emergency surgery for a perforated colon and once he is out of surgery will be moving to the ICU.

Obviously, he is unable to work at this time and it may be a while before he can. With his permission and his agreeing to ask for help, I am asking you all to donate anything you can to help Shane and his son pay their monthly bills for a little while to ease the additional stress and worry they are having right now.
