Hello, my name is shan, I recently went through a tough break up after 6 years of having a person next to me that made living in NY not impossible. I am currently a server so I was hit hard by the covid-19 pandemic, but no excuses, life happens. I am also working to become a profitable trader, but im still in the early stages and need time to develop further. But now I am on my own and have been approved for a new apartment, thanks to gods will and prayer. In my life I tend to not ask for assistance because I am competitive and love to face challenges. But this challenge is a bit different, and it would mean everything to me to have support from my family, friends, and anyone willing to lend a helping hand to a young man facing a tough time in his young life. The funds allocated from this are meant to cover move in items such as a bed, kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, and many other household items it will be hard to get at this tough transition period, where I have to put down first months rent, security deposit, and finish paying off two months of rent for my previous living space. My life is entering a new chapter, on my own, in one of the most high taxed, expensive locations in NY. This support will mean everything to me because it shows that ANYONE can go through pain and disappointment, and fight to create a positive story for themselves! I am forever grateful to anyone willing to spare any amount you can for this new journey I am taking on.
