Hi, my name is Shallon Davis. My bank account was hacked and all of my money, including my checking account and my entire life savings, is gone. The hacker infiltrated my Cash App and gained access to my Wells Fargo account. I use my checking and savings as payment options for Cash App. I had it set up for Cash App to take the payments, etc., directly from my accounts. I have exhausted my options with Wells Fargo fraud department higher-ups and Cash App services. Wells Fargo will not reimburse my loss because a third party (Cash App) was involved. Cash App will not accept it as fraud because I have no way to prove I did not voluntarily transfer my money from my bank account. Long story short, my savings is gone and the odds of getting any of it back are slim to none. I'm filing a police report tomorrow, but I highly doubt that will even do anything. I have never asked for any help in my entire life. I've worked 2 jobs to get where I am, or rather was. I've worked since 15 to be financially stable and I'm basically starting from scratch now. I would never ask anyone for help, but this involves my child. I owe the attorney in my custody case $4,000 in 3 days and another 3 grand for the trial in November. If I can't get this money, all the effort and pain I've gone through in 6 months will be for nothing. I won't use this money for bills or truck payments or even food. It will only be used to get this attorney paid. I will bounce back at some point if I work enough doubles. Unfortunately, this is time-sensitive and I'm desperate. This has been devastating. Anyone who gives, I promise you I will write it down and no matter how long it takes, I will pay you back. I'm not a person to take charity or handouts.
