Help Shakillia Find a Kidney Donor and Cover Bills
Donation protected
My name is Shakillia. I'm a mother of 4, but they're all grown up now. I was diagnosed with Sickle Cell trait as a baby, and when I turned 29 years old, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). I've been non-stop battling with this since then. I just turn 40 and now they are at 14%

I am a person that gives the shirt off my back, the person that wants to make sure that everyone is OK, all the while I wasn't OK. In and out of the hospital, missing work because I'm too weak to work (but I love to work and push myself). My kidneys are only supposed to decline 1% a year, but unfortunately, it's been decreasing more.
I am going through anemia; I don't produce enough white blood cells, so my blood count is always on the low side, where I've had to have blood transfusions multiple times in my life. My blood count is supposed to be at 12-13, but instead, it's at 7. My doctor told me he doesn't know how I'm still functioning with not much blood. By the grace of God, I won't let this beat me.
I have a long road ahead of me with surgery and being out of work. I am looking for a living donor to donate a kidney to me, but I also have medical bills and monthly bills that don't care that I am sick or what I'm going through. So if you have to give, please, I need your help. I am a person that rarely asks for help because I've always had, but now with these turns of events, I'm not too proud to say I NEED HELP. I don't look like what I've been though, but this to will not defeat me, with help from you.
Thank you to all in aadvance for helping me on my journey to get back to a better place. God bless all of you.
