Help Shahrukh to get his kidney transplant

On behalf of my dear Friend Kanwal who is currently with her brother in Pakistan:
Kidney disease runs in our family (my grandfather, my father and now my brother) but no one as young as my brother ever had a complete kidney failure.My father is 69 years old and has been on dialysis since 9 years.
But my brother who is just 23 years old suffered from complete kidney failure with a GFR value of 2% and creatinine value of 14. He is on dialysis from 2 months and needs an urgent transplant because of health issues including extreme weight loss (14 kgs in less then 2 months), high blood pressure which spikes above 250/140 and on and off vomiting.
This was all very sudden and unexpected as he is just 23 and no one expected this to happen. The exact cause of kidney failure is still unknown but it seems like this was caused by undetected high blood pressure over the period of many years.
Now comes the part where we need a donor and a good amount of money (around 4-5 Million in Pakistani Rupees which is roughly around 27000 EUR) for the transplant. As we have no donor in family (my mother and I suffer from diabetes and my father already being on dialysis and other close family members either have a different blood group or are just not willing to donate) we need to go for a private transplant. Which requires a lot of money.
Currently he is on dialysis twice a week and feels very weak specially on the days of dialysis. His kidneys fail completely to clean the blood thus urea and fluid retention is a big problem for him which causes a lot of drowsiness, lack of energy and hunger and high blood pressure.
I request you all to please donate as much as you can and help my brother get back to life and continues his studies and live his life as normal as possible.
