Help Shae fight brain cancer

It is with a very heavy heart, I write this about our dear friend and valued co-worker, Shae.
Shae Wilson, a devoted mother of two teenage children, has Glioblastoma - a rare and rapidly growing brain cancer that affects speech, memory and motor functions. She was diagnosed in 2009 and in 2011, when her children were 8 & 9 years old, she thought she had beaten the disease. But now, the tumor has returned, and it's going after her life with full force.
Shae’s cancer is considered to be at stage 4, is on the right side of the brain, and is causing seizures, speech slow-downs and significant loss of memory that affects her daily life. If you can imagine what it’s like to forget what you just put on the stove or the words you were just trying to say, then you can relate. Her medication side effects cause stuttering, forgetfulness, loss of words, and often make her feel like a dementia patient.
Now Shae’s children are 16 & 17 years old and are becoming accustomed to her illness and treatments. Shae maintains openness and honesty with everyone in the family about her situation, including her rock and boyfriend, Billy. Through all this, her head never stops aching.
Shae moved to Seattle on the promise of better medical care. Now, running out of options, Shae is seeking a specialized plant-based cancer treatment available only in Australia. She is also headed to Cancer Treatment Center of America to explore options like Gamma Knife radiation therapy.
Those who know Shae will tell you she is a loving mother, dedicated partner, wonderful employee, and caring individual all around. She loves to read and watch movies with her family. They enjoy the classics like Star Wars, comics and boy bands. If you support good people, Shae deserves your contribution to help save her life.
