I am going back to school and studying to become a UX Designer (User Experience Design).  Starting school at the end of May! Unfortunately the current mac I am using is so old, the current software I need can't be downloaded and used. They recommend a macbook pro as the best option for a designer. They start around 1,300 and go up to 2,000, not including tax or add ons. I haven't gone laptop shopping in many many years (I've always accepted hand-me-downs) Who knew computers cost so much?

I don't have a job right now due to the pandemic so I will use what I can from current funds I get through unemployment and hope that anything that comes through this go fund me will be enough to make it happen :) I will be needing this lap top ASAP, as the work has already started.
