Help Shadow Save His Life with Emergency Surgery

Hi, our name is Joe & Heather Locke,

We need your help in covering the emergency surgery for our Shadow. He is my first dog that I have raised from 8 weeks on. He is an absolute ray of sunshine to all he meets. He needs your help, because we can't afford his emergency medical costs. He went in for a non-invasive surgery on 7/9/2021 and one of the medications used was not disclaimed to us properly. This med has been known to cause kidney failure and ulcers and death. He has been in and out of the vets and ER hospital for the last 5 days straight, not eating, hardly drinking, excessive drooling, vomiting up brown with phlegm and black stool. He is now in the care of our Emergency Clinic as of 7/15/21. They have been running tests and giving him medications to keep him stable. It has been found that he has a build up of fluid in his abdomen that is continuing to grow and could have a perforated ulcer. The Dr. recommends that he immediately go in for surgery before things get worse. We could really use your help and prayers for our Shadow. We are a one income family as my husband is on unemployment. We have minimal resources to sell and no other means to secure loans. This has been an extremely devastating situation not only to him, but also our financial situation. We have been left with a choice of emergency exploratory surgery or putting him down at 2 years old. Any help would be beyond appreciated.
