Help Shadow get relief

A little over a month ago, our family rescued a 3 year old dog with special needs.  At the time of the rescue, we were told that the damage to her nose and lower mandible (that was caused by here previous owner) were not repairable and that she would go on to live a happy and healthy life.  That was far from the truth and now that she has been home, our poor pup has suffered from double ear infection, teeth infections, and multiple nasal infections most likely being caused by the broken nose.  We had no idea that her quiet demeanor was actually because of how much pain she was in.  We took her immediately to our local vet where we were told that she would need to see a specialist to see how many of her abscessed/rotted teeth that would need to be pulled.  Once we saw the Dental Specialist, we started to get a better idea of how bad everything really was with Shadow.  She will need 7 teeth extracted (which will cost $2,101.40); however, they are deeply concerned that they will not be able to pass the tube when they anesthetize her because of her broken nose and jaw.  In order for her to get this surgery, the surgeon needs to have a CAT scan of Shadow's skull (which they have quoted $1500-$1800). This scan will show the extent of damage to her face.  It has been roughly 3 weeks since we saw the specialist and Shadow is now on her 3rd round of strong antibiotics to try and clear up the nasal infection that keeps reoccurring.  These medications are causing her to be sick and not have an appetite.  She is the sweetest pup and everyone falls in love with here when they meet her.  She enjoys camping, visiting the dog beach, and going for walks; however, because of the broken nose and infections she gets winded quickly and has only enough energy for no more than 10-15 minutes of play twice a day and then she sleeps most of the day.  I have attached pictures and videos to show how labored her breathing is.  Don't get me wrong, her snoring is cute but you can tell that it's not easy to breathe (it's as if she is holding her breath at times).  Although my family and I knew that Shadow had special needs (that's why we fell in love with her), we had no idea how sick she truly was until we brought her home. My boys are already so much in love with her, but we need help with some of her expenses.  It would be greatly appreciated and any bit of support would helpful.  The money that is raised will be spent on her teeth extractions, CAT scan, and any further surgeries she may need.
