Help SF Fight for Justice and Fairness

My son, SF, has been incarcerated for the last four years for a crime that happened when he was only 16 years old. As his mother, I have spent every day fighting to make sure his life is not defined by one decision made as a child. The justice system transferred him from juvenile to adult court, and I believe racial bias played a significant role in that decision. I have seen other juveniles with more serious histories remain in juvenile court, while my son, a Black teenager, was sent to the adult system. We are now approaching sentencing, and I cannot stay silent about what I believe has been an unfair process from the beginning.

Our goal is to retain a private attorney to help file a motion under California’s Racial Justice Act, so we can fully investigate the unequal treatment and racial prejudice displayed in SF’s case. This may be his only real opportunity for any type of fair treatment before sentencing. I am asking for help from friends, family, and anyone willing to stand with us in this fight for fairness, accountability, and hope. Every donation, share, prayer, and message of support matters more than words can express. Your support will help us give SF a chance at justice and a future that is not defined by one mistake.
