Our family is truly devastated by the tragic sudden passing of Seth Jon Paul Slaby. He passed leaving behind his fiance Jessica along with their children (Jess's  girls) Ryan, Ivy Jane. 

Our family truly appreciates any amount donated; all donations will be for his services. 

Services have not been set as of yet but we will update here once they have been confirmed. We do know it will be held at  Moser funeral home in Warrenton; and will post date and time to follow.
