❗️ Seth’s Story:
Imagine waking up to find your entire life gone- your home, job, community, and sense of safety– all stripped away in an instant at 21 years old.
That’s what happened to my best friend, Seth.
Due to false accusations from an ex-partner, Seth was taken into custody without proper investigation. He spent weeks in a holding facility–in said ex's state, far from his own in PA–completely isolated. Eventually, the accusations from the ex were not acted on by them, and he was released, but ledt stranded in Texas- where he was held- not his home in PA. With nothing but the clothes on his back. Literally.

ℹ️ Where He’s At Now:
Tthe mental toll has been significant, but Seth is trying. Every single day, with the clock ticking down.
He’s:
• Living in a temporary male group facility that provides one meal a day / using food stamps
• Donating plasma weekly to get by
• Recently replaced his ID
• Actively applying for jobs- but without essentials, it’s a steep uphill climb to stability
Picture of plasma from seth today:
In terms of his life in PA, he was just an average working, tax-paying citizen. But he's humble, kind-hearted, and always puts others first. That's why I'm writing this for him. Right now, he does need help- and frankly he's too stubborn to ask for it.

Our Goal: $1,500
To give Seth a fair shot at rebuilding
All donations will go directly toward:
- Transportation & job search costs (bus passes, phone data)
- Groceries & hygiene essentials
- A few fresh sets of clothes
- $480 to cover 3 months of a mandatory state course he must complete to move forward
- Gov't fees required after custody (currently just above $580)
If we exceed the goal, the extra funds will help with:
- First month’s rent & deposit for stable housing
- ️ Sustained access to food & safety beyond
Seth has a very limited time left in the temporary housing, and when that time comes, I'm hoping he leaves with stability, not homelessness.

The Photos
You’ll see (also smaller pics linked here):
• Seth and where he’s been sleeping for the last few months in the group home
• A photo of me (Paige, hi), I’m his friend and the one organizing this♡
Im a psychology major, and i adore cats.
Seth and I have known each other for 4 years, and I would not be asking if I didn’t believe in him
Final Words:
Even $2 makes a difference. If everyone donated $2, we'd change his life.
This isn’t just about money. It’s about dignity. It’s about helping someone get out of survival mode so they can move toward healing and rebuilding.
If you’ve ever felt like the ground fell out from under you, you know how much it matters to have just one person in your corner.
Lets be that person for Seth.
Please donate or share. It means more than you know. ♡
(I hope you have a lovely day^^)
