He requires no introduction, but let me try. This is Seth Leamer. He's turning 50 very soon. I know him as my personal artist, story teller, model for new terry cloth purchases, and player of children's accordions. He delights in the new and unexpected. You know him as a friend, family member, colleague, and one of the smartest, most creative, endearing, and giving people you will ever meet.

For his birthday, I am fixing up the attic to be his new studio with some new plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. I also wanted him to have a fund so he can make it as perfect a space as possible for him to create.
