Covid 19 has pulled up my stable roots and thrown my world into disorder.
That is the folding of my landscaping business after six years of hard work. While I have received a couple of offers for some garden work, which I really appreciate, the truth of the matter is that my business is beyond salvaging. The little bits of work that have been offered won't meet my current financial needs. I need time to figure out the right course and the ability to stay housed and fed and take care of my daughter. I'm going to need help.
Currently, I'm looking intently at two new career options, and while I look at these paths, I need immediate financial support.
Last spring during quarantine, I took up making windchimes as a therapeutic hobby. I call them Quaranchimes to mark the moment. They are simple, and have been tremendously effective at calming my mind. They worked well for bringing me much needed comfort after the novelty of the silence wore off.
