Hello,

My name is Seth Green. I am a student athlete junior communications major at Howard University from Houston, Texas. I was able to complete my first and second year at Howard and relied heavily on financial aid and scholarships. Unfortunately, due to many funding cuts and changing in rules, Howard required students to have their balances paid in full before returning for the 2025 fall semester. I come from a single parent household, so my mom and I truly were heartbroken finding out on such short notice. We don’t expect to get the full amount, but everything helps. My athletic and academic career mean the world to me so we are doing everything we can as far as applying for scholarships, checking loans, and saving up to get enough for me to return.
