Hello friends and family! Please help Seth get to NYC for a dual transplant. Seth is unable to work due to end stage renal failure. This year we also found out he has end stage heart failure. We have been in contact with NYU Langone hospital in NYC regarding his dual transplant. Seth needs both a heart and kidney transplant in order to live. The heart failure specialist said that if he does not receive the dual transplant, he will only live another 1-2 years, if that. Our goal is to not only get a reliable vehicle to get to these pre transplant appointments, but to also save for gas and travel expenses associated with them. Seth is an amazing father of two boys, and has a loving family who would be completely broken without him here. Please help in any way you can, even if it’s just a share. Seth means more to me than he knows, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. He’s an amazing person inside and out, willing to help anyone he can.
