I was recently unlawfully arrested by the LPD, facing charges of “resisting arrest without violence” for lawfully refusing to ID. This unexpected situation has turned mine & my wife’s lives upside down. In just 3 days following the arrest, we drained our savings (to buy land) in order to cover legal fees and pay the $1000 bond. The financial strain is growing as we both fight for justice, and the prosecutor fights back. Help our family fight against the injustice.

The funds raised through our campaign will go directly toward the ongoing legal fees and our living expenses, filing a federal civil rights lawsuit, obtaining records, transcripts, and legal representation for the 4th Amendment violations captured on bodycam, helping us continue the fight for our rights.
