Hello! I’m Lark from F U 262 5th Ave. This GFM is for costs to get more attention on 262 and set up a non-profit to fight for air rights in general, not just the Empire State Building here in NYC. The main cost is the legal funds needed for setting up a non-profit to ensure it is by the book. The non-profit will then be the proper grand scale fund to target large-scale donations to fight greedy developers.

I need large stand-alone signs to show ESB before 262 went up, fliers, website, graphic designer, stickers, and legal fees for setting up a non-profit.

- Graphic designer: $800-1200

- Website: $250-500. We need a page to sign up for architecture tours of NYC where the science of neuroarchitecture and neuroaesthetics will be woven in.

- Fliers: $240-320. I'll be printing and copying, but ink cartridges are $80 each.

- Large Signs x 2: $450

- Press coverage on news outlets and paying influencers with large followings in NYC: $2,000 (usually $250-500 per post but worth the coverage)

- Legal cost to set up a non-profit that ensures compliance in a “tricky city” and initial start-up costs to run that: $12,000
