Sergio Montes was in a hit and run Sunday afternoon in Glenwood Springs while riding his motorcycle, the driver who hit him head on fled the scene leaving Sergio on the ground until paramedics arrived. Sergio had surgery the following morning and is well on his way to a slow recovery. The person who was driving the car has still not yet been found. Sergio is a kind, funny and loving person who always has a good joke to tell. This recovery will be a long and challenging one. Sergio is a well known member of the Glenwood Springs community and the Roaring Fork Valley. Any donation given is greatly appreciated. It isn't the amount that count's but rather the thought.
