Help Sergio fulfill his wish after transplant

My name is Anita mother of Sergio Sencion. Sergio has been battling cancer since 6 years old.  In 2010 his was suffering from leg and back pain when noticing he was anemic.  I get a call that I need to take him in immediately.  I took him to kaiser when 2 weeks later we heard the bad news that he had leukemia ALL.  After 3 1/2 years of chemo, spinal taps every 84 days. He was declared he was cancer free. In  8 2017 he relapse and needed to go through chemo once again. In 12 2017 one of the chemo gave him acute pancreatitis and and damage half the pancreas. He continue to fight and made a recover after 2 months in the hospital. He continue to do chemo and spinal taps for another 2 years which got us to 9/2019 and said we are in remission and he was  done.  During the past 2 years aswell he started getting seizures which just added on top of everything else. In the beginning of Feb 2020 Sergio started having Grandmal seizures which started coming more frequently but thought it was just the epilepsy.  Couple of weeks later Sergii started again to complain of severe back and leg pain. They went ahead and did a bonemarrow bx after getting blood results and found out that the cancer has return.  To make things worse they said it metastasis to the spinal fluid which explain his more frequent seizures. Relapse #2 we were admitted back in to kaise where they decided to do a CAR-T treatment . With complication prior to CAR-T we got it in May 28 at CHLA. He got discharge on July 4 . The CAR-T stop working and they gave him more  CAR-T.  Which didnt seem to work . In 3/29 /21 he was admitted for a transplant which his oldest brother was the donor. We are still admitted and transplant was a success. Hr still suffering from the side effects of chemo and radiation.  Lord willing we can be discharge but will need to stay in  LA for min 100 days post transplant which we live hour and half from children's.  I have been off work since 2020 taking care of Sergio and my disability has been max out . Sergio wish is to go to New York and explore empire state building and statue of Liberty and get to know it. Unfortunately it will be very difficult for me to grant him this. Please help our Sergio fulfill his wish.
