My name is Sergey Kislitsyn, and I live in San Diego with my wife Natalya and our three children — Michael (9), Katerina (8), and Alexis (11).
On December 9th, while coaching kids on the ice, I suffered a severe accident and completely fractured my kneecap into two parts. The injury was much more serious than we expected, and on December 12th I underwent surgery where doctors installed a plate to hold the knee together.
Thank God the surgery was successful, but the recovery will take several weeks. During this time, I am unable to work at all, and as the sole provider for my family, this has created a very difficult situation for us. Even small delays in income immediately put pressure on our mortgage, utilities, gas, groceries, and basic family needs.
I am doing everything I can to stay positive and recover quickly, but right now we would be truly grateful for any help — even the smallest donation makes a real difference.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read our story. If you are able to support us during this challenging moment, our family deeply appreciates it.
Your kindness means more than you know.
