Guess what? I've decided to tie up my running shoes, leash my enthusiasm, and hit the ground panting for a barkin' good cause: the Dirty Feet 10k Run!

But this isn't just about getting fit and enjoying the great outdoors. Nope, it's about our furry golden oldies! I'm talking about those lovable senior doggos in need. They've been there, sniffed that, and now they need our love more than ever.

‍ Why the sprint-a-thon?

Well, just like some fine wines and your favourite pair of jeans, dogs just get better with age. But they also need a bit more TLC – which, in dog lingo, stands for Treats, Licks, and Care (veterinary, mostly).

Every pound or dollar you donate is like a virtual belly rub or a treat tossed to an old dog who's still got some pep in his step. So, dig into those couch cushions, check the pockets of your old dog-walking jackets, and let's turn those finds into funds!
