Help Sending Nika to Heaven
Donation protected
On behalf of all of us in the family who love Lawanika so much, we are coming to you, extensions of us and everyone who also loves her dearly, to ask for grace and assistance in helping send her home to Heaven in a manner that she deserves. Nika became ill with COVID-19 in August of this year. After a long and tumultuous battle, one she never let up fighting during, her body has finally chosen rest. During her fight she was required to be put on dialysis and a ventilator, endured kidney and failure of both of her lungs, and ultimately was not able to maintain the strength required to keep her body alive. Nika passed away this morning, October 5th, after over a month in the ICU at the University of Cincinnati West Chester hospital, where Nika was actually employed as well. Nika’s passing is one that has shaken all of us to our very core, as every single person who has had the sheer pleasure of getting to meet her, has instantly fallen in love. She was the most patient, unconditionally loving, intelligent, compassionate, resilient and all around dynamic human that we knew. Unfortunately, we were not financially prepared to accrue the cost of a funeral so suddenly. With Nika not having been working in over a month due to this battle for her life, we have also endured financial hardship. We humbly come asking that anything you can and are willing to donate to help us send this most magnificent and deserving woman home to Jesus in the way she would’ve wanted and unquestionably deserves, we would be eternally grateful. Please continue to keep our family in your prayers as we head down this life long path of grief. With love and light to you all, we ask for your help. Thank you so much, for any assistance, and for loving our beautiful lady if you had the chance to.
