Help send Zoe home to Senegal
Donation protected
It is with deep sadness that we announce Amadou Monsour Ndiaye or affectionately known as “Zoe” lost his battle on Monday, November 23, 2020 to Stage 4 Colorectal cancer that had spread throughout his entire body. He courageously endured chemotherapy and radiation while continuing to run his restaurant daily. Zoe was a brave soul and you could never even tell that he was fighting that battle. In his last days, he was surrounded by his loving family. He dedicated his life to taking care of his family and running Zoe’s Exotic Flavours. Business ownership and securing the bag for his legacy was his mission. It’s been over 25 years since he’s been home to Senegal and his family is deeply saddened by his passing. His dream was to return back to his homeland and we want to be able to honor him and send him back to Senegal so he can get the proper funeral that he deserves. Nothing can explain why cancer comes into the lives of those that we love and takes them from us. Please consider donating if you are able to. We also ask that you continue to support the restaurant to continue his children’s legacy. Zoe was very grateful for all of the support he received over the years and we thank you for every donation that is made during this difficult time. I, Zoe’s niece will be making sure our family receives the funds.
