On September 29th, Willie Seals received the official phone call from the oncologist. In this brief phone call, he was told that he has stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to his lungs, liver, and kidney. He was told that there was only one option for treatment. At the end of this “routine” phone call, an expiration date was put on his very life.
The family of Willie Seals is organizing this fundraiser to help in Willie’s travel and treatment to a holistic cancer center in Arizona. His family and friends are dedicated to finding treatment and believing in his complete remission and healing, a process that is focused on a holistic approach. We believe in the Lord of miracles and call upon He who is able to make healing happen - we need the funds to make sure no earthly obstacle can stand in the way. Here is where a new narrative begins. On November 20th, Willie will be headed to Scottsdale, Arizona for 6 weeks of alternative cancer treatment at Sunridge Medical Wellness Center. Our goal of $80,000 will cover the full six weeks of treatments at Sunridge that is necessary for dad to begin his fight against cancer.
This fund is dedicated to easing the great financial burden for Willie and his family that insurance will not cover, and — most importantly — providing additional recovery resources for Willie, allowing him to pursue whatever treatment is necessary for a holistic recovery.
Willie is the devoted husband to Kathera, beloved father of Ron and Monique Harris, Benny and Kesha McDowell and Jonathan and Ebony Browning. a wonderful son, and brother in addition to being a strong man of faith. He has a heart for people and is always there to lend a helping hand to whoever needs it, Cancer deserves no part of him — we can help him beat it. Let’s give Willie a helping hand to survive this!
