Help Send WCU Men's Rugby to Nationals and Beast of the East!

We're the West Chester University Men's Rugby Team, and we're asking for your support as we chase national success in both 7s and 15s rugby this spring! We've earned our shot — now we need your help getting there.

National 7s Championship — College Rugby Championships (CRC)

Date: April 25-27

Location: Maryland

Our 7s team has been on a roll after winning the Frostbite 7s Tournament and winning in the back-to-back Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference (MARC) tournaments. We’ve now qualified for the National Collegiate Rugby 7s Championship! CRCs is one of the most prestigious college 7s tournaments in the country, and we’re proud to represent WCU on the national stage.

To compete, we’ll be traveling to Maryland for a two-day tournament and staying overnight for three nights. We’re looking to raise funds to cover travel, housing, registration fees, food, and other team needs.

Beast of the East — 15s Tournament

Date: April 11-13

Location: Rhode Island

Our 15s team is also headed to a major tournament — the Beast of the East — one of the largest and most competitive college rugby events on the East coast. We'll be competing against top teams across two days of intense rugby action.

The trip involves a long journey to Rhode Island and two nights of housing, along with meals and transportation for the whole squad.

Our Goal: $8,000

Your donation will help cover:

• Tournament entry fees

• Transportation (bus/van rentals and gas)

• Hotel accommodations

• Meals and supplies

• Athletic trainer support

We are a student-run club team with limited funding, and every dollar goes directly toward helping us represent our school at the highest level of collegiate rugby. Whether you give $5 or $500, your support means the world to us.
