Hi! We are the "Water Those?", a FIRST LEGO League Robotics Team comprised of eight Middle School of the Kennebunks students.  We earned an invitation to compete at the FIRST World Festival of Champions in Detroit, Michigan by winning the Champion’s Award at the Maine State FIRST LEGO League Championship, held at the Augusta Civic Center on December 9! Our team has accepted the invitation to attend Worlds which will be held April 25th-28th, 2018.  We are honored and very excited about this amazing opportunity to compete alongside teams from across the nation and over 50 countries, but we can't go unless we raise enough of money.  

A large portion of the funding for this trip is being provided by our families as well as generous organizations and companies, but we still need to raise more.  Would you please consider contributing to our effort? If we are able to attend Worlds we can continue to research and develop our innovative solution addressing aresenic poisoning due to lack of testing, compete at the highest level of the international FIRST LEGO League, meet students from around the world, and return to Kennebunk to share all of our experiences with fellow Kennebunk students who we hope will be inspired to participate in the program.
